Spray bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

Mix spaghetti sauce and water.

In another bowl, combine the cottage cheese, egg substitute, garlic powder and pepper.

Coat the bottom of the baking dish with some of the sauce, then place a layer of hard (uncooked) lasagne noodles on top. Cover noodles with another layer of sauce, then spoon 1/2 the cheese mixture over the sauce. Repeat with a layer of noodles, then sauce, then cheese mixture.

Finally add the remaining sauce, making sure that the noodles are completely covered.

Bake, uncovered, at 375u00b0 for 50 minutes. Sprinkle some grated Mozzarella cheese over the top during the last 15 minutes of baking.
