combine turkey, egg, curry powder, ginger powder and 1/3 cup chopped cilantro in a bowl. Mix well to combine.

Drop meat mixture in balls onto a baking sheet. Bake at 375F for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through.

Meanwhile make cauliflower rice from the cauliflower. Add 1/3 cup cauliflower rice to a pan and add 1 cup almond milk and the curry paste. Simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Transfer to a food processor and process until smooth. Return to the pan, add the remaining almond milk, and simmer for about another 10 minutes. Add meatballs to sauce and garnish with cilantrol. Heat some cauliflower rice (~3 mins in microwave). Pour sauce and meatballs over cauliflower rice to serve.
