Lottery Homemade Soup

   In a crock pot or large pot, add tomato juice, salsa, hot sauce, ham broth and barbecue sauce.

   If making in a crock pot heat on low for 4 hours.

   On the stove top bring to boil, reduce heat to simmer for 1 hour.

   Add all the remaining ingredients in the crock, cook on low for 8 hours or until vegetables are to desired texture for your taste.

   In the pot add all remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 - 11/2 hours or until vegetables are tender, but not over cooked.

   Serve with hard crusted bread.

   Remember to take out the bay leaf.
