2 pounds Ground Beef
1 whole Egg, Beaten
1/2 cups Milk
3/4 cups Barbecue Sauce
2 cloves Garlic, Minced
1/2 cups Chopped Onion
1/4 cups Chopped Bell Pepper
1- 1/2 cup Quick Oats
3 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 loaf French Bread, Cut In Half Lengthwise
8 slices Cooked Bacon, Crumbled
2 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese

In large mixing bowl combine first 9 ingredients until well mixed.

Put the two halves of your French bread, crust side down on a cookie sheet.

Divide the meat mixture into two parts and spread onto the cut side of each half of the French bread .

Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes until meat is no longer pink.

Approximately 10 minutes before completion, remove from oven and add the bacon crumbles and grated cheese.

Then return to oven and complete baking to melt the cheese.
