   Empty crackers into a very large bowl.

   Mix together the oil, dressing mix and cayenne pepper.

   (use the recipe amounts or more according to how spicy you want them).

   Pour over crackers and toss with hands until all are coated.

   Let stand, tossing occasionally until crackers have absorbed all the mixture and are dry.

   Store in a zip-lock bag or a large air-tight container.
