Lobster Roll

   Fill the pot 3/4s enough to cover the tails. Bring pot to broil. Boil Lobster Roll for 7 minutes.

   Leave the Lobster to cool down. After it's been cool, remove the Lobster shell.

   Then move lobster meat to season in a bowl with black pepper, butter, cumin, paprika and minced garlic.

   Preheat Oven to 350. Spray Fat Free Oil Stick Spray and cook for additional seven minutes.

   Toast buns. For best results make sure you use buns that have been freshly baked.

   Dice red peppers, celery and tomato

   Serve lobster with diced ingredients on bun. Finish with topping it off with honey mustard and mayo.
