Zest of 1 Lemon
6 oz Lobster Meat
4 oz Scallops (sauteed in butter until opaque)
4 oz small Shrimp (sauteed in butter until opaque)
Salt and White Pepper
Scallions, chopped (optional)
1 C Heavy Whipping Cream
Juice of One Lemon

Saute the scallops and shrimp and scallions until the seafood is opaque. Add the lobster meat and lemon zest. Stir until combined and warmed through. Remove from heat. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
