   Butter English muffins and brown slightly in broiler.

   Brown ground meat adding spices.

   Empty tomato sauce into small bowl, stir in same spices as in meat.

   Spoon tomato sauce over English muffins, adding as mush or as little as you want.

   Put ground meat on sauce, then top off with Mozzarella cheese.

   Bake in oven at 350u00b0 for 5 minutes or until cheese is slightly brown and melted.
