1 c. grated carrot
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dill
1 egg
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (3/4 oz.) pkg. gravy mix
1/2 c. water

Combine first 10 ingredients with 1 can tomato sauce. Form mixture into 6 loaves.

Place in shallow baking dish and bake in a 350u00b0 oven for 20 minutes. Skim off excess fat.

Combine remaining tomato sauce with gravy mix and water.

Pour over loaves. Bake 15 minutes longer.
