Ingredients: 3 large Garlic cloves minced; 1 as needed 3-4oz sun dried tomatoes in oil; 1 lb Chicken breast tenders; 1 cup Half and Half; 1 Paperika; 1 Salt; 1 Pepper; 1 cup Mozzarella cheese; 8 oz Penne Pasta; 1 tbsp Basil; 1/4 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes; 1 cup Reserved cooked pasta water

Servings: persons

3 large Garlic cloves minced
1 as needed 3-4oz sun dried tomatoes in oil
1 lb Chicken breast tenders
1 cup Half and Half
1 Paperika
1 Salt
1 Pepper
1 cup Mozzarella cheese
8 oz Penne Pasta
1 tbsp Basil
1/4 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
1 cup Reserved cooked pasta water

Drain sun dried tomatoes RESERVE 2 TABLESPOONS OF OIL for sauteing

In a large skillet on high heat saute garlic and sun dried tomatoes (drained from oil) in 2 tablespoons of the oil 4 about 1 minute

Remove the sun dried tomatoes from the pan using tongs leaving the oil

Add the chicken to the oil pan

Salt pepper and paperika the chicken the paperika is more just to add color so don't use to much

Cook pasta according to package (reserve cooking water before draining pasta) drain and run under cold water

Slice the sun dried tomatoes and return back to the pan with chicken

Add half and half

Add cheese

Stir and let cook stirring constantly until all cheese melts and creamy sauce forms.

(If the sauce is too think slowly add the pasta water until it's to your liking)

Add pepper flakes
