1 onion, chopped
1 small can flat anchovies
salt and pepper
1 small bag saffron (for color)
1 lb. linguine, cooked al dente
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. pignoli nuts (optional)
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Romano cheese

Parboil cauliflower; drain and set aside.
