1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 c. water
4 eggs, separated
1 tsp. grated lime peel
1/4 c. lime juice
6 drops green food coloring

1 c. whipping cream

Combine sugar, cornstarch and gelatin in saucepan.

In a bowl, mix egg yolks and water until smooth.
