1 stalk celery
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 lb. hamburger
1 c. canned or cooked tomatoes
1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. cooked large dried limas
salt and pepper to taste

Dice onion; slice celery and fry both in oil until soft, about 5 minutes.

Add hamburger; cook and stir until meat is browned. Stir in tomatoes, catsup, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and lima beans.
