Bake chicken or boil the chicken until cooked through. Either way of cooking is great for this dish. When chicken is cooked place in fridge to cool and get cold. Once chicken is cold shred it up and set aside. Slice tomatoes and cucumbers into quarter size pieces. Take the noodles out of the fridge and place half of the cold noodles in a large bowl then add some of the shredded chicken. Next add half a bottle of Lite ranch. Now add half of the tomatoes and half of the cucumbers. Pepper this and salt too. Mix. Now add a layer of noodles and a layer of chicken, add half of the Lite Italian dressing. Mix. Now mix all of the veggies and any leftover pasta. Mix up and taste it. It might be the right flavor, add more dressing, your all set. When serving add the cut up green onion on top. Chill for 1 hour. Serve
