Take a 8x10 glass pan,

put a layer of angel food cake all over the bottom , use it all.

In a seperate bowl, add all berries and add sweetener.Add the juice of one lemon,and stir.

Next,add berries to top of angel food cake. then add cool whip.

Chill for 1-2 hours . top with nuts and a mint leave.
