1 lb. ground beef
3 potatoes, diced
1 yellow onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. oyster sauce
2 large tomatoes, diced
2 Tbsp. oil
steamed rice

In a large pot heat oil (canola is best) and saute garlic until brown.

Add onions and cook until soft.

Add tomatoes and cook and stir about 2 minutes before adding meat, salt, pepper and oyster sauce.

Cook 15 minutes, stirring frequently to crumble meat.

Add potatoes and cook another 10 minutes, uncovered.
