Lentil Soup

   rinse and drain lentils.

   chop tomatos, garlic and parsley.

   heat oil in deep frying pan.

   add garlic and stir constantly to prevent browning.

   add spices.

   add tomatos.

   heat 2 mins.

   add lentils and parsley.

   add mixture into 1L water and bring to boil for 1 min.

    decrease temp and allow mixture to simmer until satistfied.

    make sure to cover pot with a lid.
