Lentil Soup

   Bring lentils, olives, mushrooms and spices to a boil in the water that the lentils have been soaked in. Reduce heat to low and simmer for approximately 1 hour. Make rice according to directions. Add lentils along with salsa. Let simmer for 15 minutes and serve.
