   ["Preheat oven to 350u00b0F. To make pastry, sift flour and powdered sugar into a medium bowl. Cut in butter until mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Add 1 tbsp ice water and mix until mixture just comes together. Gather dough into a ball then divide into 6 portions. Roll out each portion into a 5 inch disc. Gently press discs into 6 loose-bottomed tart pans (3 inch in diameter). Trim edges. Chill for 30 mins, or until firm.", "Line tart shells with parchment paper and fill with pie weights.
