Lemon Sweet Potatoes

   In a bowl, combine sweet potatoes (cooked, peeled and mashed), lemon juice and salt.

   Beat in the butter, egg yolks and pepper to taste.

   Transfer the mixture to a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole, top it with lemon slices and brush the top with melted butter. Bake the casserole in a preheated, moderately slow oven (325u00b0) for 45 minutes or until it is heated through.
