Lemon & Soda Jello for Beautiful Skin

   Bring the lemonade to room temperature.

   Squeeze the lemon to extract the juice.

   If you don't have enough juice, supplement with more soda (I saved some lemon slices for garnishing).

   Heat the lemon juice for 40 seconds in a 600W microwave and when hot, dissolve the gelatin powder into the juice well.

   Mix the mixture from Step 3 with the soda and pour into ramekins.

   Once cooled, chill well in the refrigerator.

   Once it's set, it's ready Top with lemon, fruit, or mint leaves!
