Lemon Pie

   Mix sugar, flour and salt and a small amount of water until well mixed.

   Add egg yolks that have been beaten and cook until it begins to thicken.

   Add the lemon juice and rind when thick enough. Add butter and pour into baked shell and cover with meringue and brown at 350u00b0.
