2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

Transfer chicken to skillet with oil and water and brown for 2-3 minutes per side.

Add vinegar and lemon juice and cook for additional few seconds, remove from the pan.

In same skillet, saute mushrooms and garlic, then add to chicken.
