Lemon Lace Pudding

   Separate egg whites and yolks.

   Cream the butter or margarine with the sugar.

   Add grated rind and juice.

   Blend into the first mixture the egg yolks, flour and milk.

   Beat the 2 egg whites until stiff, but not dry.

   Fold into first mixture.

   Pour into ungreased casserole dish.

   Place dish into pan of hot water in a 350u00b0 oven and bake 35 to 45 minutes, until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

   Remove from oven and cool before serving. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
