Lemon Jello Mix – a delicious recipe with sugar, flour, egg yolk, butter, pineapple, lemon jello mix. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 egg yolk
2 Tbsp. butter
1 can crushed pineapple (save juice)
1 pkg. lemon jello mix
1 c. hot water
1 c. cold water
2 bananas
1 c. marshmallows
1 c. nuts (optional)

Mix first 4 ingredients.

Put pineapple juice in measuring cup and add water to make 1 cup; add to the first 4 ingredients. Bring to a good boiling point and boil for 5 minutes.

Mix jello mix with 1 cup hot water and 1 cup cold water and add boiling mixture to it.

Chill this until firm, then add the pineapple, bananas, marshmallows and nuts.

Top with off with 1 cup of whipped cream.
