Ingredients: 2 small boxes lemon Jell-O; 2 c. boiling water; 2 c. Seven-Up; 1 can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice); 2 to 3 sliced bananas; 1 c. mini marshmallows; 1 c. juice from pineapple; 1/2 c. sugar; 2 Tbsp. flour; 1 egg, beaten; 2 c. Cool Whip; shredded cheese; chopped pecans

2 small boxes lemon Jell-O
2 c. boiling water
2 c. Seven-Up
1 can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
2 to 3 sliced bananas
1 c. mini marshmallows
1 c. juice from pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 egg, beaten
2 c. Cool Whip
shredded cheese
chopped pecans

In saucepan, mix juice, sugar, flour and egg.

Let cool completely.

Mix Jell-O, boiling water and 7-Up; let partially set while in bowl.

Add pineapple, bananas and marshmallows.
