Lemon-Ginger Butter

   In a bowl add softened butter, lemon zest and lemon juice and stir with a spatula. Add grated ginger root and honey and stir well to combine. Pack it in an airtight container and refrigerate.

   Simple, right? I used this on baked flounder and it was a hit in my household. Enjoy!
