Lemon Garlic Peppered Chicken

   Make sure the chicken breasts are thawed out...Get out a 13x9 baking dish and spray with cooking spray. You can then put the chicken in the dish. In a bowl mix together the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper and lemon & herb seasoning. Once mixed well you can brush this across the chicken. Then you want to turn the chicken around and get the other side too. Once that's done you can cut up the potatoes and put them on beside the chicken and do the same with the beans. If you have any of the mix left you can drizzle it across the potatoes and beans as well. Cook this on 400 degrees for about 45 minutes or until potatoes are done.
