Lemon Freeze

   Line 9 x 9-inch pan with graham cracker crumbs.

   Whip well chilled evaporated milk until thick.

   Add sugar, lemon juice, lemon extract and yellow food coloring.

   Freeze.

   Cut in squares to serve.
