Preheat your oven to 350

Foil a large baking sheet and spray with non stick cooking spray.

Place the boneless tenderloins on the baking sheet leaving a little bit of space between each piece.

Spread the minced garlic evenly over each piece of chicken

Take your lemon and use a cheese grater to evenly sprinkle about half of the lemon rinds over the chicken

Slice the lemon in half horizontally and squeeze the juice of one half evenly over chicken.

Sprinkle desired amount of chopped fresh dill evenly over the chicken.

If desired, also sprinkle a pinch of lemon herb spice over each piece.

Cut then remaining half of the lemon into small wedges and place them randomly around the chicken.

You can also throw some more fresh un-chopped dill around the pan.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Melt the butter and drizzle over the chicken if desired.
