Lemon Chicken

   Boil chicken in water.

   When ready empty the water, clean the chicken and set to the side.

   Set it in a tray or bowl.

   Add all the seasonings, squeeze in all the lime.

   Chop up the green peppers.

   Let it sit for about an hour.

   The longer the better!!

   Make sure both sides are covered in the juice and seasonings.

   In a skillet put the oil on medium heat.

    Place the chicken in the skillet along with the juice and peppers.

    Cook until very light brown and green peppers are of a lighter color.
