Lemon Cake Pie

   Beat egg yolks well.

   Blend in lemon rind, lemon juice, sugar, flour and milk.

   Fold in egg whites, stiffly beaten.

   Pour into a pastry-lined pan.

   Bake 10 minutes in a hot 450u00b0 oven; then reduce to a moderate 350u00b0 oven and bake 20 to 25 minutes longer or until a knife inserted near the edge comes out clean.
