1- 1/2 pound Ground Beef
4 slices Day Old Bread (cubed)
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
1/4 cups Minced Onion
1 whole Egg, Slightly Beaten
2 teaspoons Seasoned Salt (such As Lawry's)
1/2 cups Ketchup
⅓ cups Brown Sugar
1/4 teaspoons Dry Mustard
1/4 teaspoons Allspice
1/4 teaspoons Ground Cloves
1 whole Lemon

Combine ground beef, bread, lemon juice, onion, egg and seasoned salt.

Mix well and place in loaf pan.

You will either want to use very lean beef or use a loaf pan that has a drain on it so the fat can drain.

Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients except for lemon.
