Lemon Almond Cake

   Line a 20-centimeter diameter cake pan with parchment paper.

   Cream the egg yolks and sugar together.

   On high speed, beat in the almond cream and lemon juice.

   Then add the lemon zest, flour, ground almonds, and baking powder.

   Separately, whisk the egg whites into stiff peaks, then fold them into the original mixture.
