Lazy Steak And Potatoes

   Dip both sides of round steak in flour.

   In a large skillet, melt butter, then add round steak.

   When both sides of round steak have browned, add 3 cups of water and onion soup mix.

   Bring to a boil, then turn down and let simmer.

   Add sliced potatoes and let simmer until potatoes are cooked.

   Salt and pepper to taste.
