Preparation steps:

Grate potatoes and onions twice.

Wait 5 minutes and drain some of the liquids.

Microwave on medium heat for 3 minutes. Drain liquids again.

Add flour, eggs, salt and chili powder to mixture.

In a non stick pan, heat 1 Tbsp oil.

Fry 8 latkes at a time for 2 minutes each side.

Mix the ingredients before starting each batch.

Add 1 Tbsp of oil to the pan before each batch.
