1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. milk
2/3 c. Bisquick mix
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cook beef over medium heat until browned.

In a greased pie plate, layer Ricotta cheese and Parmesan cheese.
