Ricotta cheese; 1/4 c. fresh chopped basil or 1/2 tsp. dried; 8 oz. Mozzarella, grated; 1egg; 1 c. plain yogurt; grated Parmesan or Romano cheese

Set water for lasagne to boil.

Preheat oven to 375u00b0.

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet and saute garlic.

Add thawed spinach and let steam over low heat, covered, until limp.
