   Brown the hamburger with onion.

   Add salt, pepper and garlic salt or powder to taste.

   Add oregano, tomato paste, water and cottage cheese.

   Boil noodles; drain.

   In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer noodles, meat sauce and Mozzarella cheese.

   Repeat layers, ending with meat sauce.

   Sprinkle with Parmesan.

   Bake at 375u00b0 for 30 minutes.
