Land O' Lakes Holiday Chocolate Butter Cookies

   Heat oven to 375F.

   In large bowl, combine all ingredients except flour and cocoa.

   Beat until light and fluffy.

   Gradually add flour and cocoa until well mixed.

   Shape rounded teaspoonsful as desired (1 balls, 2-3 logs, balls flattened, balls with indentations - fill with frosting or jam before serving - etc.)

   Place 1-inch apart on lightly greased cookie sheets.

   Bake for 7-9 minutes or until set.
