Lamb Meatballs

   Put all ingredients in a big bowl, mix thoroughly with clean hands.

   Roll the mixture into small meatballs.

   Brown meatballs in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.

   Put browned meatballs into a preheated oven (180c) for about 15 20 minutes or until cooked all the way through.

   Serve hot or cold.

   Can be served with tzatziki or a warm tomato dip.
