Ladyfinger Biscuits

   Put the egg whites and sugar in a bowl and whip well, until it forms stiff peaks.

   Add the egg yolk in the bowl and mix.

   Whip well again, like this.

   Switch to a rubber spatula, sift in the cake flour and fold it into the batter.

   When the flour is folded in nicely, preheat the oven to 150C.

   Pour the batter into a piping bag with a round tip, and pipe.

   If you will be eating the biscuit as is, sprinkle with lots of powdered sugar during this step.

   Bake for 12 ~ 15 minutes, watching the color.
