   make meat misture by combining all ingredients in mixer.

   blend all dough ingredients, of dry add water, if wet flour. knead 1-2 min cover and save. roll piece of dough out thin to 10 inches, put sppon of meat mix in center of each square, flod into triangle and seal edge with water. Cook in boiling water until they float 15-20 min. Less if to be reheated with soup.
