1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. lite sour cream
1 c. powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. orange flavoring
dash of salt
1/2 c. heavy cream, chilled
4 kiwi fruits
grapes (seedless)

Cool tart shell.

In medium saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over water.
