Place a layer of Waverly or Club crackers in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.

Melt 1 cup margarine or butter in a saucepan. Add the brown sugar and white sugar.

Mix. Add the milk and mix. Add the graham cracker crumbs gradually.

Bring to a boil. Boil 5 minutes. Stir or it may burn.

Spread half of that mixture on the layer of crackers.

Lay on another layer of crackers using a different pattern (this will keep them from falling apart when cut).

Spread the rest of the mixture on that layer.

Lay on another layer of crackers, using original pattern.

Melt the butterscotch chips and chocolate chips. Add the peanut butter. Melt together and mix well.

Spread over top.

Cool completely. (Perhaps refrigerate for 1 hour.)
