Kiss Cookies

   1. Unwrap the Kisses, and set aside.

   2. Cream butter and sugar.

   3. Add vanilla.

   4. Slowly add the flour.

   5. Mix the dough and then form it into a large ball and wrap in wax paper. Refrigerate 1/2 hour.

   6. Use 1 teaspoon of dough with 1 Kiss and wrap the dough around the Kiss until it's covered by dough.

   7. Place balls on a cookie sheet and freeze for 20 minutes.

   8. Bake at 350u00b0F for 15-20 minutes.

   9. Dip in frosting when cool.

    Frosting:

    Place confectioner's sugar, vanilla and half of the milk in a bowl and mix together. Gradually add remaining milk, 1 teaspoon at a time just until mix reaches consistency desired.
