King Ranch Chicken

   Boil chicken and cool.

   Remove chicken from bones in small pieces (bite size).

   Mix chicken with Ro-Tel and cream of mushroom. In 13 x 9 pan, layer crushed or broken tortilla chips along bottom of pan.

   Place chicken mixture on top of chips.

   Layer with shredded cheese (enough to cover top).

   Place in oven on 350u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes until casserole is bubbly.
