Kazi's Basic Red Wine Sauce

   reduce red wine to 1/2 ~ 2/3 (ONLY Use what you would drink).

   add your favorite brown sauce.

   season to taste with salt/pepper.

   serve over red meat, chicken, or pork the other white meat.
