Kamikaze Deviled Eggs

   Room Temp. Eggs placed in pan with water, bring to boil, as soon as it comes to boil, cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 16 minutes. Remove eggs and put them in ice water. Peel, cut them in half.

   mash yolks with fork, add shallot, mayonaise, dash of cayenne and wasabi. mix well.

   Put mixture back into the halved egg whites (a pastry bag works well for this, but a teaspoon will also do it).

   Garnish with a small dab of Jalapeno Jelly.
