Kahlua(Makes 3 Quarts)

   Boil 4 cups water and add 4 cups sugar to make a simple syrup. Let boil a few more minutes.

   Add instant coffee and shut off heat and let cool, add vodka.

   Cut vanilla beans in half the long way.

   Put in each bottle, divide solution into 3 equal parts. Stir well, then fill bottles.

   Let stand in a cool, dark place for at least 10 days before using.
